The Case For Craig’s Defence: Marilyn Sums Up

Our frequent, always agitated correspondent Marilyn Shepherd, passionate unexhausted foul-mouthed godmother of Aghan boat people and imprisoned children, has been on the Craig Thomson case for a good while, and on June 2 posted the following. It is the most convincing case for a frame-up I have yet seen since I, too, sensed he was innocent while watching him with Laurie Oakes four weeks ago.

I do not think the Liberals can survive the Craig case, which is shaping up as the Dreyfus of this country and century; nor, after O’Farrell privatising the buses this morning, can they win more than 51 percent of the two party preferred in the Nielsen tomorrow morning.

Here is Marilyn’s letter, answering the many Liberal stooges attacking not just her hypothesis but, in the way they do, her character and her sanity.

Starting now:

Carnavon has nothing to do with Craig Thomson. It is about Michael Williamson, Kathy Jackson and their cronies from 2008-2012.

Do try and keep up.

Now last month Jackson denied driving an expensive
Volvo. But Wicks has got hold of the $84,000 docket plus the $5,000 missing dollars. The news that Jackson was hiring Michael Lawler’s kids on huge salaries, the large sums paid on consultants for nothing tangible and even legal services in Hong Kong.

Again, Carnavon has zero to do with Thomson.

But the media are still peddling their made-up lie that Thomson is accused of stealing $500,000, a number invented by Tony Wright and copied by the apes.

In fact $270,000 was claimed to have been not declared for his elections. But it was all declared and presented although Jackson was late to file $17,000 of it.

That brings us down to the claim of $100,000 over 5 years on a credit card that has all been paid for and accounted for years ago without anyone wanting it back.

Then there is the $6,000 on hookers when what we see they did was roll all the claims against Jeff Jackson using hookers into the claim that Thomson was.

Yet it was Jackson’s enemy Pauline Fegan who said Jackson was using hookers and to cover it all up it was Kathy Jackson who claimed that it was Thomson.

But Thomson really was travelling with his wife when it is claimed he rented out his dick in Sydney.

So let’s look at what is left.

$3,000 of the hooker claims were actually Jackson’s. So, with $370,000 accounted for, we are left with just $3,000.

But Kathy Jackson and her boyfriend are in a world of trouble even though she thinks she is calling the shots.

Think about this. Kathy claimed to be a poor worker for the poor.

But – $270,000 salary
$84,000 Volvo
$63,000 for HESTA payments over 3 years.
$74,000 bonus last year.
Hundreds of thousands claimed for consultants, and on and on it goes.

Interestingly, it was Jeff Jackson who claimed that Pauline Fegan was the thief but she faces just $4,400 in fines and he faces $22,000 in fines if the court doesn’t do the right thing and laugh Terry Nassios and FWA out of court.

It’s amazing that both Jeff Jackson and Craig Thomson are accused of using the same hookers at the same time.

But what the media have to do is read.

The AEC have comprehensively destroyed Nassios report but they refuse to believe the AEC because they want it both ways.

  1. Good one forfree speech and I am all in favour of that. Marilyn Shepherd has ‘her’ blog, one that will actually print her stuff and she, luckily, has a soul mate in the ridiculous Peter Wicks.

Now we can look forward to even more free speech and finally a blog which can gather together the true stories suppressed by “the authorities” vaccination causes autism, The Protocols, the Roswell UFO, “Bush done it” on 911, The Bilderberg Group/ Jews/Freemasons/ control Hollywood, Federal reserve and everything else, plus ‘who really killed Jimmy Hendrix’. Oh and Bob Ellis has never been given the credit that he knew was due to him.

    Bob’s legacy is assured.

    • When did I, a descendant of Jews, give space or credence to The Protocols Of The Elders Of Zion?

      Please choose your words carefully.

You are in great danger. Not just of a lifetime ban from these columns.

Answer soon, or I and Marilyn will go you.

    • What on earth is this crap?

Why don’t you address the facts.

And the Liberals will have to let it go because there is clearly so much interference by the likes of Abbott and Pyne that they will have to.

  2. Well M Ryutin and others, show us just where Marilyn is wrong.

Do not try to shoot the messenger because it does not suit the convenience of the opposition or the lazy media to let this one go.

The Rabbit Dog won’t leave this bone alone.

He may well choke on it.

Oh dear. Thats hard now that you have called me on it. Where-o-where do I get out of this?
No, wait. Look at it again. NOW I see it.
The first eight words will do.
“Carnavon has nothing to do with Craig Thomson”. geddit?
The rest about Thomson is worthless.

  3. Good on ya Marilyn!

I go away for a couple of weeks and back I come to the same old shit from the Mad Monk and his merry men.

Go Douggie, Bob Ellis and Marilyn – get the budgie smuggling piece of shit into the dock.

  4. Marilyn appears to be spot on.

Surely, though, the Liberals will simply use these continued revelations to play (with great hypocrisy) the ‘Dodgy Unions = Dodgy Labor’ Symphony, and in this way, sadly, they will survive.

    • No harm in every Union throwing open their books and expense accounts to public scrutiny surely?

      • And the Rineharts too? And the Murdochs?

        Please answer this.

      • Yes, we’ve heard that argument before. If you’ve done nothing wrong you’ve got nothing to hide.

Yeah sure. That’s why every major organisation keeps its own processes and business knowledge secret.

As Bob says below, get Rupert or Gina, or BHP Billiton to open up their books and expense accounts to public scutiny.

        • Public companies are subject to scrutiny already. The HSU shenanigans indicate all manner of shonky activities.

          • Yes, the HSU since 2008 have been shonky, so what.

            AWB stole
$290 million from starving Iraqis and gave it to
Saddam Hussein and so far the biggest penalty has been a $100,000 fine.

        • Oh dear. Thats hard now that you have called me on it. Where-o-where do I get out of this?
No, wait. Look at it again. NOW I see it.
The first eight words will do.
“Carnavon has nothing to do with Craig Thomson”. geddit?
The rest about Thomson is worthless.

    • Yes but the revelations have zero to do with Craig Thomson but to do with Abbott’s hero kathy Jackson being a complete shonk.

She has been lying and abusing and accusing her colleagues of theft from the union since Jan Armstrong in 1998.

It’s karma that the shit hits her smack in the face.

  5. Bob Ellis' Salad Dressing

Bob, Marilyn is not known as “Australia’s most unhinged moonbat” for nothing. Your slavish adherence to her deranged conspiracy theories – which includes holocaust denial – does not serve you well.

    • I simply press the GO button on the Sheperdizer 2000 and voila:

“They are crashing their boats into our racist redneck island, you evil nitwits, because we went to their countries and blew them to bits, when they were were perfectly able themselves to blow themselves to bits. And hack heads and cut female genitals off so don’t be so ignorant you revolting rednecks and pretend that they are some kind of savages. With explosives. Just because they have brown skin and are fluent in Dogalog. Make love to me now Bob Ellis. With the lights off for allah’s sake.”

      • What is that crap, why do people go to right wing blogs claiming to quote me?

        I was not blogging anything in 2000, I didn’t get a computer until 2002.

      • Marilyn is quite right here – refugees came to Australia as a direct result of wars in Afghanistan and Iraq; wars that inflamed sectarian tensions in both countries. They were not savages, but the Liberal government would have had us believe that they were, and they threw their children overboard, which, by the way, they didn’t.
Australia is a redneck wonderland – ask peter garrett. What’s to disagree with here?

    • Holocaust denial? When?

      • You are not a nice person, Bananaman.

        Not nice at all.

      • Bob Ellis' Salad Dressing

One of the many documented instances: http://theblankpagesoftheage.blogspot.com.au/2009/05/politics-of-marilyn.html?m=1

Bob, this alliance you have formed makes me weep.

      • “It is pretty fair to say that historians have shown that 6 million jews did not die in the “holocaust”, maybe 1 or 2 million among 70 million other people.”Marilyn.

        hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm not. good.

        • I’m wondering if this B. Risdon character isn’t Rupert Murdoch, the typing and the sentiments kind of give him away. First John Birmingham and now this. Next thing you know we’ll hearing from Karl Stepanovik.

          • Are you drunk? Or stupid? Or both?

            ‘Karl Stepanovik.’

Have a bit of trouble with ‘foreign’ names do you?

            • Of course I have trouble with foreign names. I’m not familiar with the spelling of foreign languages. How does that constitute an accusation? I’m not that familiar with Karl Stepanovic either but he’s the kind of celebrity who somehow winds up present and accounted for right there in your face when you have no idea why or how. With no discernable marks of individuality or meaning or reason for being a celebrity. Or even a reason for being in the world. Just like Murdoch employees (and their patented human subsidiaries).

              • You are more ignorant than I realised.

                Quite breathtaking actually.

                It’s Stefanovic.

It’s not a foreign name any more than Latham, or Lingiari or Howard, or Keating or Albanese or or Bjelke-Petersen is.

                It’s not an accusation.

I’m simply pointing out your stupidity. Don’t shoot the messenger.

                • I can think of a number of better uses for intelligence than spelling Stepanovic. Launching hate campaigns against Optus for example, that’s worth sacrificing a couple of brain cells over and you do have my support in that regard.

                  • Fantastic! Bravo Magnum P.I – wrong telco though, and not a hate campaign, more of an annoyance offensive.

                    • So why is the spelling of unfamiliar surnames a reflection of character? You brought it up and it’s only right you be prepared to follow through on a thought if you are going to bandywords like “breathtaking” around. Otherwise, it might seem as though you are just here playing silly buggers in the guise of righteousness and it would be unseemly for Rupert to be seen behaving in such a fashion. He is a major media proprietor with major responsibilities. He can’t be seen to be duplicitious or devious or lacking in integrity or intellectual rigour now, can he?

          • I’ll reply up here because this is fun and it’s getting a little squeezed down there.

Can we clarify something and go back to the beginning. Do you think I’m Murdoch or a supporter of Murdoch?

            • Do you think being able to spell Stepanovic speaks to character?

              • No, I don’t think it speaks to character. I think it speaks to intelligence, or rather lack thereof.

                Now answer my question please.

            • As far as I can discern BR, there are a maximum of 7 genuine people on this site, the rest are personality disorders that manifest themselves like sea-monkeys, from dry powder to living things to pond scum all within a number of days.

I recommend you read ventriloquism for dummies.

I think R1 is a singularity, but who am I to say.

              • ’tis good fun though. I hope no one brings the House to order.

              • I counted only 3 allthumbs.

Nice gottle o’ geer reference too.
“And may you be in heaven
Half an hour before the devil knows you’re dead.”

By the way B. Risdon, I’m with you, you got the right of it.

                • Thank you Patrick. It’s all good for Bob’s page hits though innit. That’s what this is all about, right?

                  • How does it speak to intelligence, as opposed to familiarity?

                    • I answered your question and asked that you answer mine. Not an unreasonable request. But you have not answered. Conjversation over until you do.

                    • If you look closely, you didn’t answer it at all. How does the spelling of Stepanovic speak to intelligence and not familiarity? Whether you are Murdoch, a Murdoch employee or a Murdoch employee patented subsidiary, it’s all the same “message”. That formed the bedrock of my initial point but you need comprehension skills in order to pick up on it.

  6. Just because many commenters don’t rate Marilyn as a mental giant, or even consider her a ‘moonbat’ does not mean that she is wrong.

In fact, on matters close to her heart she is often very right. She and I have clashed over the years too, mostly over refugee policy, and lately over Assange; but I respect her right to her strongly held views on these matters, and I think she has the right of it on Thomson.

  7. So Doug, what do you like about our depraved policy of jailing refugees.

    • Not much these days. More anon; Patrick White calls.

    • I don’t like it; I never did. But I thought it was the best of a bad lot. Whilst numbers were small, people could be assessed and processed in orderly, speedy fashion.

The trouble came when thousands arrived in a period of months; few countries are able to deal with sudden influxes.

To strike a reasonable balance between safeguarding the health and safety of the nation and the welfare of the asylum seekers : that is the problem.

Every government since Gough has struggled with it; our moat has functioned very well on the whole. Ask the USA, Spain and Italy in particular about border protection issues.

      We have virtually none.

What we have are integration problems : asylum seekers arrive in Ashmore Reef, Christmas Island and the like; our population anywhere nearby is very sparse. Are we required to fly them to Sydney and Melbourne? This is a real issue. Release into the community can only reasonably be done after health and security checks, a process exacerbated by the advice they seem to receive to destroy identity documents.

      It is fucking complex, Marilyn.
There is much more to be said; I await your input.

  8. One million years.
