If any further proof were needed that Fair Work Australia behaved with malice toward Craig Thomson, it would have to be that it took three years to find something that smelled fishy in his record, got that wrong, and released the resultant big lie on the day, the very day, that the best Budget since 1949 came down, ‘overshadowing’ it.
One of its rulers sleeps with Kathy Jackson, votes Liberal and belongs, like Abbott, to the prayerful H.R.Nichols Society and wants Labor down the toilet, out of history, gone.
Biased? No way.
No way.
The place is reportedly stacked by ex-union types – so I suppose the baffling conspiracy reaches right to the top.
It would have been easier to kill him, oh well they had their chance.
Finding a grassy knoll between Bateau Bay and his office at Westfield Tuggerah would prove too difficult. They could stake out his reserved parking spot! A powder blue Ford Terriroy is easy to find. You’d think a global warming (erm sorry climate change ummm extreme weather) groupthinker would be driving a Pious like the good Prof Flanasonic does when he’s not hooning up the Hawkesbury above the speed limit, but what would I know?
Why then on the morning of the Budget?
Coincidence?
Tiny Dancer has been banned for life.
Rumors re:ladies of the night and interviews regarding Thomson are starting to pop up.
See Bob, be careful what you wish for. Stand by for a detailed explanantion why credit card payments are processed with the old manual imprinter – by someone with *ahem* professional involvement.
Do you know what, Craig Thomson committed no crime.
Enough of the right wing ranters.
Ah, there’s nothing like a good rumour; so much easier to sustain than a reasoned argument, or genuine facts.
Well Fordham’s twittering about it.
Is twittering better or worse than a rumour?
Good question. ‘Twits’ can send rumours around the world in seconds, so the case can be made that twittering is rumour-mongering. Some tweets may be useful, as cancer can be useful, if the victim is an evil dictator. C’est la vie.
Well speaking of Twits, Thomson is quite upset that ACA is paying a prostitute money for her story. “Who is going to take this seriously when they pay a prostitute money” says Thomson. He claims is going to take legal action against them. His pockets must be very deep with all these legal fights.
What was going on in the HSU one in all in? No wonder they are bleeding members.
“FWA general manager Bernadette O’Neill said in a statement on Wednesday she was seeking civil penalties against Pauline Fegan, Jeff Jackson and Shaun Hudson in relation to 26 alleged contraventions of workplace laws and union rules”
I absolutley defend Craig Thompson’s right to innocent before proven guilty, a fair hearing and due process, but I am really over this particular soap box. No-one is adding anything to the evidence, the debate, the discussion. Nothing. I hear the same old lines trotted out on here and other forum. You all just keep going over and over the same stuff.
Bob, you’re a man of ideas. Can we please have more of those. I think we’ve all had enough of Craig Thomson.
Thomson is still under attack, and this blog is useful in setting the record straight(er).
Bear with it for a while, MGP.
There seems to be no end to it.
The willingness of people on both sides of the debate to rush to judgement, and then fling themselves into the joys of denunciation, condemnation, and the upending of endless buckets of liquid shite over the opposition is truly dispiriting.
Yet more proof, if any further proof were needed, that in Australia in 2012 the civic virtues are on the rocky road to Dublin.
The moral equivalence-ists, however, will survive the nuclear fallout. Nothing penetrates that veneer.
If you’re trying to make a point, you may have to try a little harder.
